What You Need (the 3-part checklist)

A BDIX-peering connection. Home broadband from a peering ISP, or mobile data from a major operator. Everything else on this page is pointless without it - the channels live on private addresses. The BDIX tester verifies yours in seconds.
An IPTV player app. The player is generic - it just plays what the server publishes. Any of these works, all from official stores: TiviMate (Android TV/Fire TV favourite), IPTV Smarters Pro and OTT Navigator (phones and tablets), VLC (PC and quick tests).
The server’s playlist or portal details. Each IPTV-capable server publishes either an M3U URL (a playlist link you paste) or an XTREAM login (portal URL + username + password), or both. The always-current source is the server’s own welcome page or its page in our server directory.

Setup, Platform by Platform

Android TV / Fire TV Stick (TiviMate)

Install TiviMate from the Play Store (Fire TV: search it in the Appstore, or sideload via Downloader from the official site only).
Open → Add playlist → choose M3U or XTREAM per what the server publishes.
Paste the details exactly - including the port.
Let the channel list load (first load takes a minute), then browse categories: News, Sports, Entertainment.

Android phone / tablet (IPTV Smarters Pro or OTT Navigator)

Install the player from the Play Store.
Smarters: accept the terms → "Login with Xtream Codes API" (or Load Your Playlist for M3U). OTT Navigator: Settings → Playlists → Add.
Enter the portal URL, username and password - or the M3U URL.
Open Live TV. On phones, landscape mode gives you the TV-style grid.

Windows / Mac (VLC - the 30-second test)

Open VLC → Media → Open Network Stream.
Paste the M3U URL → Play. VLC loads the playlist; use the playlist view (Ctrl+L) to hop channels.

Three servers dominate BDIX live TV, and each has quirks worth its own walkthrough:

Troubleshooting: Channels That Will Not Play

1. The playlist loads with zero channels

Your details are stale or wrong. Re-copy the M3U/XTREAM fresh from the server page (not from a month-old message), re-add it, and confirm the port is intact - players sometimes strip it from pasted URLs.

2. Channels list, but play fails / infinite spinner

Try another channel first - single channels do go down while the rest work. If most fail: check the connection is really on the BDIX line (not a VPN), then re-copy the playlist (dead stream URLs in old playlists are the classic cause).

3. Plays but stutters or drops every few minutes

Bandwidth, not setup. Live TV wants a steady 5–10 Mbps per stream. Get closer to the router / go 5 GHz, pause other downloads, and if it is evening-peak-only, the server or your line is congested - the BDIX speed test tells you which.

4. One server’s TV fails everywhere, others work

Check that server’s status on its directory page - servers do go down for maintenance, and some throttle or restructure their TV sections without notice. Wait out short outages.

5. Works on Wi-Fi, fails on mobile data (or vice versa)

Operator routing differs: some packs or hotspot modes route traffic off the BDIX path. If one network works and the other does not, that routing difference - not the playlist - is the cause.

Good Practice (worth two minutes)

Refresh playlists monthly. Operators update stream URLs; a stale playlist is the root of most complaints.
Set the EPG if your player supports it. TiviMate and Smarters can show programme guides where the server publishes one.
Never sideload player APKs from random sites. Every player mentioned here is on an official store; the sideloaded "premium unlocked" copies are the malware vector.
Respect server capacity. These are free community servers; if a channel fights you at peak, it is hundreds of neighbours doing the same - try again later rather than hammering refresh.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Is BDIX live TV free?

Yes - the channels ride the same BDIX servers as the movie catalogs, with no subscription. You need only a BDIX-peering ISP connection. Some servers reserve live TV for their own ISP’s subscribers; each server’s directory page shows its policy.

Which IPTV player should I use?

On Android TV or Fire TV: TiviMate is the favourite. On phones: IPTV Smarters Pro or OTT Navigator. On PC: VLC plays a raw M3U URL instantly. All are free (TiviMate’s premium adds niceties) and all come from official app stores - never sideload.

Where do I get the M3U or XTREAM details?

From the server’s own page - either its welcome page or its listing in our server directory. Details are published by the operators free. Anything sold is a scam, and third-party reposts go stale, which is the top cause of "no channels".

Why do channels show in the list but not play?

In order: re-copy the playlist fresh (old ones carry dead stream URLs), check the port in the stream URL survived the paste, try another channel (single channels go down), test on Wi-Fi vs mobile data, and check the server’s status - a busy server drops streams at peak.

Does watching BDIX TV consume my data pack?

On fixed broadband, BDIX traffic is usually unmetered - hours of TV cost nothing extra. On mobile data, the operator’s normal charging applies even though the traffic is local, and video eats data fast.

Can I watch BDIX TV outside Bangladesh?

Only via a connection that reaches a BDIX-peering network (for example a VPN exit on a Bangladeshi ISP). The channels live on private addresses; a normal foreign connection cannot reach them.

Do I need a VPN for BDIX TV?

No - the opposite. A VPN (foreign exit) breaks BDIX reachability. Only a VPN whose exit is a Bangladeshi peering ISP helps, and only from outside the country.

Can I watch on two devices at once?

Why is there no catch-up / 7-day replay?

Catch-up is a premium IPTV feature some paid services offer; BDIX community servers generally stream live only. Where a server does offer catch-up, its page says so.

Is this legal?

The servers are run by Bangladeshi ISPs for local subscribers, and channel rights are the operator’s affair. This guide covers connection and setup only - it never hosts streams, links files, or shares credentials.
