What Happens Next

Every submission lands in our editorial queue and is read by a person. For corrections, we verify the change against registration data or your operator records and update the listing - usually within 48 hours, per our editorial policy. For new listings, we confirm the operator details and BDIX peering, then add the ISP and any server entries at the next directory pass. Ownership claims are verified before anything is handed over - an email from the operator's own domain, a licence or bill, or a call to your NOC line. Feature inquiries get a reply with current availability, formats and rates; see the advertise page for what placement does and does not include. Anything you submit is stored against the policy version you agreed to and is never published until it has been checked.

What to Include for a Fast Reply

  • The exact page URL your request is about (for corrections).
  • Your role at the operator, plus a company email or WhatsApp number we can verify.
  • For new listings: the ISP's licensed name, coverage area and BDIX membership, plus any public server addresses you want documented.

Ownership Claims

If an ISP or server listed here is yours, claiming the listing lets you keep the facts current: packages, coverage, contact details and public server entries. We verify ownership before handing over anything, and claimed listings are marked as verified in the directory. Payment is never required to claim, correct or be listed - see the paid placement section of our policy for the one exception (optional featured highlighting).
