General and data corrections: [email protected]

When you write about a server or ISP entry, tell us the page URL and what specifically is wrong - an IP that changed, a server that moved, a reachability state that no longer matches reality. Screenshots or trace output help us fix it in the next verification pass. Corrections from readers are one of the main ways the directory stays accurate, and we credit useful reports where the reporter wants credit.

Who to Contact for What

  • Data corrections & updates - a server entry, IP, ISP profile or reachability state that is wrong or stale. Include the URL of the page.
  • Listing questions (ISPs & operators) - how your server or ISP appears in the directory, or how to request a change. Operators can also use the claim form to take ownership of their listing.
  • Advertising & sponsorship - placements, formats and availability are described on the advertise page; write to the email above with "Advertising" in the subject. Advertising does not influence editorial data or rankings.
  • Privacy requests - access, correction or deletion of personal data, cookie questions: see the privacy policy for what we collect and your rights, then email us.
  • Copyright concerns - we host no third-party content; if you believe a page misdescribes your service or uses your material improperly, email us with details and we will review promptly.
  • Everything else - feedback, partnerships, speaking, or just to say the site helped. We genuinely read these.

Before You Write

If your question is "why can't I reach server X?" - most answers are already documented. Check the server's page for its current reachability state, the BDIX tester to see whether your ISP peers at all, and the IP reference page for the exact address and common misspellings. If the docs don't solve it, our reply will usually start there too.

What We Can't Do

We cannot reset passwords, create accounts or restore access on anyone's server - we are a reference site, not the operator of the services we document. Support requests for a third-party server need to go to that server's own operator. We also do not provide legal advice on media or licensing matters.

Response Times

Corrections and data issues: prioritised, usually within one to two business days because they affect the directory itself. General mail: two to three business days. Advertising: within one business day. We are a small team; thank you for your patience.
