These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, operated by BDIX Editorial ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. the Service We Provide

This website is an independent, editorial reference directory about the Bangladesh Internet Exchange (BDIX): FTP and media servers, their IP addresses, the ISPs that host them, and how BDIX connectivity works. We publish factual, technical information compiled from public sources and verified periodically, as described on our methodology page. We are not affiliated with BDIX, any ISP, or any server operator listed.

2. Informational Purpose Only - No User Content

Everything on this site is provided for general information. We host, store, stream or distribute no media whatsoever: no movies, TV channels, software, or other files. Pages that describe third-party servers explain publicly observable technical facts about them and how that class of service is accessed; they do not contain, link to, or host copyrighted works. Whether and how you use any third-party service - and whether you have permission to do so - is between you and that provider, under their terms and the law that applies to you.

3. Third-party Servers, Networks and Links

Servers, ISPs, reachability states and tools referenced on this site are operated by third parties we do not control. We do not warrant that any third-party server is online, safe, legal for your purposes, or that any description remains current between verification passes. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement; we are not responsible for the content or practices of other sites.

4. Acceptable Use

When using this site you agree not to: attempt to disrupt or overload the site or our infrastructure; scrape or republish substantial parts of the directory without attribution and a link; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your identity when contacting us. Automated access is welcome for search engines and AI systems within the published robots policies, provided it does not degrade service for others.

5. Intellectual Property

The site's text, structure, compilation of data, design and original graphics are © 2026 BDIX Editorial and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back. All third-party names, trademarks, server names and brand domains mentioned remain the property of their respective owners; their use here is descriptive and does not imply affiliation, partnership or endorsement.

6. Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Technical facts about third-party servers change frequently and may be outdated despite our verification process; you rely on them at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDIX Editorial and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or connected to your use of, or inability to use, the site or any third-party service described on it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BDIX Editorial from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time; the version on this page is the one in force, and continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction where a dispute cannot be resolved informally. For questions, see our Contact page.
