Where most BDIX media servers are movie walls with a TV section, Carnival / Nagordola is built the other way round: a TV-first server operated by Carnival / Nagordola, where the IPTV portal is the front door and movies ride alongside. Setup: Portal to Channels in Five Minutes
- Confirm the connection. Carnival’s portal is a BDIX-private address - home broadband from a peering ISP or major-operator mobile data. The BDIX tester settles it in seconds.
- Get the portal details. From the Carnival server page in the directory or the operator’s own pages: the portal URL (with its port), username and password. They rotate; copy them at setup time.
- Add the portal in your player. TiviMate (Android TV/Fire TV): Add playlist → Xtream login. IPTV Smarters Pro (phones): Login with Xtream Codes API. OTT Navigator: Settings → Playlists → Add portal.
- Let it sync. First load builds the channel grid and EPG - give it a minute.

What Is on Carnival
The draw is the Bangladeshi channel lineup - news, sports and entertainment - rounded out with movie channels and a shifting international set. Two Carnival-specific realities to set expectations:
- The channel list is volatile. Rights reshuffles rename and replace feeds; a screenshot list from a group post is historical fiction. After login, your player’s grid is the current truth.
- The portal is the product. Unlike Circle’s browser-native TV, Carnival wants the player flow - set it up once and it just works thereafter.
Making Carnival Your Default TV Server
Because Carnival is portal-based, a little one-time care pays off for years:
- Save the portal as a named playlist in your player (“Carnival TV”), so a credentials rotation is a 30-second re-add on the right entry instead of archaeology across a dozen playlists.
- Pin the server page. The directory listing is where current portal details and live status live - when TV dies without warning, it answers “me or them?” before you touch anything.
- Keep one alternate server configured. ICC or Circle alongside Carnival means a reshuffle on one never leaves the household without news channels - the players handle several portals side by side without issue.

Troubleshooting Carnival
1. "Login failed" / portal rejected
Rotated credentials - the standard Carnival cycle. Re-copy the portal URL, username and password fresh from the server page, re-add the portal in the player, check the port is intact in the URL. Ninety percent of Carnival complaints end here.
2. Login succeeds, channel list is empty
Same root cause wearing a different mask: the login accepted but the playlist behind it is stale. Remove the portal entirely (not just refresh - remove and re-add) with fresh credentials, then let it resync.
3. Channels list but streams fail
Try sibling channels first (single feeds do drop). If everything fails: confirm no VPN, confirm the connection, and re-check the server status on the directory page - restarts and reshuffles show up there first.
4. Sports channel stutters during matches
Peak-load on the feed, the same as every BDIX server. Your line is fine if the BDIX speed test is healthy at that hour; otherwise work the checklist in the troubleshooting guide.
5. The portal address itself will not load
Connection or address problem - VPNs off, tester run, address copied exactly from the server page (not retyped from a screenshot). The six-cause checklist covers the full path.
