The ICC FTP server (10.16.100.244, hostname server1.icc.com.bd) is one of Bangladesh’s most-used BDIX media servers, run by ICC Communication Ltd. Most of it is open to browse, but some sections ask for a login - and that is where every "ICC FTP code" question begins. This guide shows where the code actually comes from, how to enter it on each device, and how to fix the failures.

Where the ICC FTP Code Comes From

The answer is refreshingly simple: the server itself. Open 10.16.100.244 in a browser while connected to a BDIX-peering ISP and the welcome page loads. When a section requires login, the page displays the current code (or states that anonymous access is allowed). The server’s own page is the single source of truth - codes there are always current, always free, and always legitimate.

What this means in practice:

  • Never pay for an ICC FTP code. Any group post, YouTube description or "premium code" seller charging for access is scamming - the real code is on the server, free.
  • Never trust old screenshots. Codes change; a screenshot from last month may already be dead. The welcome page is live.

ICC FTP Login Not Working: Fixes in Order

1. The page does not open at all

That is a connectivity problem, not a login one: the address is private to BDIX-peering networks. Disable VPNs, confirm you are on your ISP’s connection, and run the BDIX tester. If it finds no route, the ISP is the fix - no code exists that helps.

2. "Invalid username or password"

Re-read the code from the live welcome page - not from a saved note, screenshot or friend’s message. Codes change, and secondhand codes are the top cause of invalid-login errors. Check letter case and the lookalikes: 0 (zero) vs O, 1 vs l.

3. Logged in, but sections still locked

Some ICC sections are reserved for ICC Communication’s own subscribers - that is the operator’s choice, not a bug. Everything the operator publishes openly is reachable with the welcome-page code; subscriber-only areas need an actual ICC subscription.

4. The IPTV portal rejects the code

Portal codes rotate more often than the web one. Re-copy the portal details fresh from the server page, re-add them in the player, and confirm the port in the portal URL is intact - players sometimes strip it on paste.
