- Install TiviMate from the Play Store and open it.
- Choose Add playlist → XTREAM if you have the portal login, M3U if you have the playlist URL.

Peak-hour load on the feed or your line. Check with the BDIX speed test; if the line is fine, it is the feed - switch to a sibling channel or wait out the match.
